Before starting any project—such as painting your front door, installing new windows, or making balcony or patio updates—please remember you are required to obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) or Board of Directors prior to the start of any repairs or improvements. The ACC or Board ensures all modifications comply with community standards and maintain the property’s appearance and value.
